Refund policy

At Blue Willow Farm, many of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because items are produced, printed, embroidered, packaged, or prepared after your order is placed, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, scents, ingredients, personalization details, and other product information before completing your purchase.

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Ordering the incorrect size, color, scent, or item
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Fit or sizing issues
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, opened, or altered
• Made-to-order or custom-produced products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, qualifying issues will be corrected through a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

By placing an order with Blue Willow Farm, you acknowledge that many of our items are made specifically for your order and agree that all sales are final with no returns or exchanges.
